Fillongley Hall in Warwickshire has been the family home of the McCullagh family since 2010.
Designed by George Woolcott for the 1st Lord Norton, construction of the house started in 1824-25 with the south front. This was a current copper roofed verranda which is now towards the rear of the house and remains as it was originally designed. It’s now the backdrop to the formal gardens.
This was followed in 1840-41 by an extension to the north (now the main entrance) adding the sweeping driveway, grand entrance with it’s two Ionic columns, hall and library.
